Friendship Estate is incorporated under the Ghana companies code (Act 179)1963 to develop upscale residential properties at affordable prices for sale to local and non residents Ghanaians. Friendship Estate is a bona fide member of GREDA (Ghana Real Estate Developers Association) and their office is a located next to Greda within the Trade Fair enclave at Labadi. The CEO Mr. Kofi Ayensu is an American trained architect who has built several houses both in America and Ghana and brings special approach and appreciation to this project. Their other company Ayensu River Estate Ltd develops affordable houses while Friendship Estates, was formed primarily to develop the upscale housing market for the middle class at affordable prices because in his opinion houses cost too much these days in Ghana especially the gated communities
